Hello! I’m Shannon, a Florida Notary Public serving clients across the U.S. With more than 20 years in public service—I’ve learned that trust, compassion, and dependability matter in every detail.
Heritage Notary Solutions was created to provide support that goes beyond traditional notarizations. We offer both local mobile services and online services for clients outside the immediate area. In addition to notary work, we provide receipt scanning, digital documentation, photo field inspections, social media profile clean-ups and more. Whether you’re an individual, a family member helping a loved one, or a business owner juggling paperwork, my goal is to make things easier and protect your interests.
We are a 3rd generation veteran family and when I’m not working, I’m at home with my husband, our three dogs, nine gopher tortoises, and the deer that wander through. That quiet, grounded life shapes the care, integrity, and dedication I bring to every client I serve.
We frequently meet clients at hospitals, care facilities, nursing homes, and medical offices to
provide prompt, respectful, and convenient notary services when and where they’re needed most.
